Postage and handling costs
We use Australia Post eParcel for all of our shipping and we love to be up-front with our shipping costs.
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia.
All International orders attract a flat rate fee of $25 AUD.
All orders have detailed tracking information included and you will be sent a link to track your order via email. If you order has not arrived within 2-5 business days, please check with your local Australia Post outlet as soon as possible prior to contacting Byron Beach Bats. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us.
Incorrect Addresses
Byron Beach Bats cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and a $10 return fee will be applied, in addition to a re-charge for re-delivery. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.
Expected delivery times
Our orders are sent from Northern NSW using Australia Post, so your location within Australia will determine the length of time before your delivery arrives. Our delivery time may vary from 1 day up to 10 days and in remote or flood affected areas it may be a little more. The majority of our orders arrive within 3 business days of posting. If a product becomes unavailable we will notify you of any delay. We generally ship all of our orders before 3pm every weekday. We do not ship orders on weekends under any circumstances. You will receive a shipping notification email from us on the day your order is shipped.
If your product hasn’t arrived within 10 days please send our customer service team an email and we will track down the status of your order.
Lost, missing or damaged items
Byron Beach Bats can only guarantee the condition of the goods until they leave our premises. Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure fragile items are packed safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once they have left our premises. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged during or after delivery.
If you have not received an order that you have paid for, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to provide you with the relevant information required to track your delivery.
Byron Beach Bats does not accept responsiblity for any items that are lost or deemed missing by Australia Post after tracking lodgement and will not offer compensation for such orders. In this circumstance Byron Beach Bats will always arrange for Australia Post to investigate any missing parcels and exhaust all avenues available to track down the missing item.
